yo yo when you were away thanks to my new found habbit of getting cd's out of the library I have discovered some f...cking great albums that you should check out

All things must pass, 5 stars best beatles solo album I think

The Clash, Sandinista, 4.5 stars up their with london calling a real find actually and its a triple album where they explore I'd say around 10 genres

The Jam Gold, 4.5 stars, discovered some real good songs on this and its a real compilation around 40 songs

Pulp, Different Class, 4.5 stars, really good album worth a listen, explores some really interesting themes with great lyrics

you can search online on the auckland libraries website the central library I recomend cos they have quite a big collection

if you want you can borrow that costello/bacharach album painted from memory ive got it on cd, its pretty good

sweet do u have the basement tapes on mp3 as well by any chance

Yo I recommend you check out Massive Attack's Mezzanine it is an O for awesome album pretty chilled out laid back kinda music, but pretty dark as well so good background music for drinking

Tne best Fairport Convetion albums are Unhalfbricking and Liege and Lief. Both are pioneering folk rock albums and incorporate very much traditional celtic influences/english folk influences, fiddle playing etc. Not like the first album at all. My faves of thers and well worth a listen.
