Hey man, just dropping by to say that I've listened to the stuff you reversed my taste with. Pretty good, I gotta say! "Pillow Talk" is simply a dance-pop masterpiece. "Pacific" feels very nostalgic to me, it reminds me of those musical games for the PSX like 'Fluid' and 'Music - Music Creation For The Playstation'. I basically grew up with that kind of stuff! If you know anything similar, let me know :D "No UFO's / Future" is great, too; only "Flesh" I wasn't too crazy about. Thank you for the recommendations!

P.S.: I actually enjoy electronic music quite a lot, but I guess I don't have much patience for a whole album, plus I don't really rate singles - that explains why it's a bit underrepresented in my collection.

I'll check out the stuff you mentioned. Thanks! Oh yeah, Squarepusher is the man. I'm not always in the mood for his music, but when I am, that shit rocks my world. "Theme From Ernest Borgnine" does wonderful things to my brain. Other stuff I like: Kosheen (the debut is one of my all-time favorites), Massive Attack, Seefeel (also all-time favorites), Bonobo, Aphex Twin, Leftfield, Underworld, Autechre, Pendulum, Moby....

Listening to the top singles for each year sounds like a cool idea. I might consider following in your footsteps at some point!

So, basically any time you hear a 10/10 masterpiece, you've got to hear some of the worst shit imaginable to compensate?! That's... that's slightly insane, dude. That IS one sexy curve though, so I can't fault you.

That's a pretty solid bell curve you got going there. Every now and then I'll fudge my ratings, but I don't necessarily need it to be exact.
