Nothing below a 2.5 (considered average) is even rated or thought about. There's no time to waste on the shitty, too much good around for that.
sometimes I'll deduct half a star if it's something I know won't get played too often. so a 3.5 rating could be a 4.0, 4.0 could be 4.5, etc...
