the "bonkers" series, which functions as both comps and dj mixes (mixed by some of the most important ppl in happy hardcore) is pretty reliable and still going, as far as i know
the "happy hardcore"/"happy rave" series (depending on where u are) is also a really good resource. not reliable bc i don't think there's any quality control but every entry has at least a few really amazing tunes and it's fun to sift through
