CDs (digital) or vinyl? Vinyl!

I'm trying to learn myself how to explore new music, others opinions, influence and ratings do matter when choosing music but not when listening to it, you should always form your own view, it might take one listen it might take more but you will know what you think about the release. I'm also retracing my steps to see if what I loved months or years ago is still vital.

I'm into pretty much any genre so feel free to post me some recommendations, I'll go listen to it, maybe I'll like it but I might not, but no one gets mad so go ahead :)
I do not rate compilations often (maybe singles collection, before '67 albums were not put together very well so compilations might be needed for best enjoyment of the artist).

Life is like a box of vinyl records, they are your life, all you need to do is choose the ones that you like best. Forge your own meaning into albums, it makes them more engaging and most importantly, better.
