RATING CRITERIA
5 stars = perfect album (4,0-)
4,5 stars = almost perfect (3,75-4,0)
4 stars = a favourite album I return to regularly (3,5-3,75)
3,5 stars = above average. I occassionally listen to it. (3,25-3,5)
3 stars = average (+), not bad but I rarely listen to it (2,9-3,25)
2,5 stars = average (-), "never" listen to it (2,6-2,9)
2 stars = below average (2,3-2,6)
1,5 stars = I really don't like it. (2,0-2,3)
1 star = I HATE it! (1,7-2,0)
0,5 star = This is so bad that it hardly exists. (-1,7)

Simultaneously, I have the idea to rate albums in such a way that ratings on an aggregate level resemble the normal distribution (statistically speaking).

I have now changed my rating system and given all albums ½ a star more than above. That makes my ratings more comparable to other users ratings.
