Hey, I like that. It reminds me a little Orbital.

Do you know this album ? I can't believe that this song was not been a huge hit.

Interesting. This band makes me think a little about The Sound, old Echo and Bunnymen, Kitchens of Distinction and the old U2.

I've heard of them but never really listened. Since you're making that rec based on those others I like I'm gonna move them up and try them out right away! Thanks

Oh shit, that's quite a difficult question to answer. My usual initial response is "Canvey Island" from their 3rd LP "Do You Like Rock Music". My favourite live track is probably "The Great Skua" also from "DYLRM" as it happens, but there are so many of their songs I really really like.

I'm extremely fond of the collaboration they did with 'The Ecstasy of Saint Theresa called "A Lovely Day Tomorrow" and my favourite non-album non-single non-b-side is a song that appeared on 'BSP EP2' called "Things Have a Way of Working Out" which is surprisingly dancey.
Their very first single "Fear of Drowning" is quite stunning and one day I will do a photo-essay from the lyrics to "It Ended on an Oily Stage".
"Oh Larsen B" is very very good indeed and just doesn't get played enough. "A Light Above Descending" is just heavenly and my favourite from their latest is "Don't Let the Sun Get in your Way".

Sorry, I knew I wouldn't be able to give you just one song :-D
