Yes, "ó" is part of our alphabet and standard keyboard layout! It does not count as a separate letter like in Polish, though. We place diacritics in all of our vowels, but never on consonants. The pronunciation is completely different, on the other hand - "Cień wielkiej góry", for one, I thought it was pronounced "goh-ry", an open, strong sound, like in Portuguese, instead of "gu-ry", as I learned later. Well, in any case, I could always copy from the Windows character map or switch layouts on mobile whenever I need to write an ogonek or something!
