Hi, sorry, I forgot to respond after you recommended that Helium album. I believe I still have it somewhere. I got into them via an American TV show called Beavis And Butt-head in the mid-'90s, then saw Timony as a solo opening act for Pavement a few years later. A band called Giant Drag basically modeled themselves after Helium, so check them out. You should check out some more Unwound, since you like aggressive, "Mustang Ford"-era Swervedriver
