Aight, I'm about to send a shitton of recs, but before you check them out - I'm assuming you know all the good stuff from the big 4, the German three and other big thrash bands (Overkill, Sepultura, etc...). I'm also going to rec some stuff thats on my list, just to make sure you've heard it.

Oo, I haven't been in that area for a bit (I really need to update that list lol), but some of the ones I really like are Altar of Plagues and Skagos. Also, if you dig Alcest, you might want to check out Les Discrets, who share some connections with them (though, they are not really metal at all). Hope that helps! :)
The whole Erosion of Sanity album is probably my favorite by Gorguts, at least the first era. It's right up there with Obscura imo, despite them both being two different beasts.
