My ratings are based purely on how much I like an album and follows a scoring system that doesn't really match up to normal RYM ratings. 5 are the albums that hold a special place in my life, 4 are the albums I love, 3 are the albums I like, 2 are the albums that I find alright but don't care for much and 1 would be albums I actively disliked if I had any. Just because I rate an album relatively low doesn't mean I think it's bad, just that it doesn't have a place in my heart (e.g. I don't have edgy contrarian opinions on OK Computer, I just don't listen to it much).
