I am a human being. I breathe naturally without the need to even think about it. I built my own PC, and own a nice new Thinkpad. I currrently use a Schiit Modi/Magni with either my ps500es or se215s. For speakers I have an NAD 7250PE with a pair of Monitor60 Series II for my theater setup and a pair of NHT SuperZero 2.1s for my desktop setup. I appreciate good quality sound.
Favorite bands? I like Swans. I think they are absolutely incredible. Experimental art at its best - cathartic as well.
I like Steven Wilson and his various projects. Bass Communion is really nice, Porcupine Tree is fantastic (Up the Downstair is a masterpiece), and his solo work is pretty good, too. Mogwai is a band I recently got into, and I've enjoyed pretty much everything I've heard.
On a fairly unrelated note, I don't really pirate anything anymore. I buy all of my music in CD format if available, then rip them to FLAC. Foobar 2000 is my preferred program.
