Mick Jagger is twice more horrible singer than Dylan, yet you listed Rolling Stones as your favorite band. Dylan even has a broader range and surely has a better control over his voice. Maybe you just don't like the timbre, that's ok. But don't pretend you understand how voice works. His "almost screaming" is pretty much justified by the lyrics, while your miserable Jagger screams everytime because that's all he can do with his voice.

Ok, perhaps I went too far, but if you are really into Dylan I recommend you to have a look at his speech at Grammys 2015

it's probably the first speech by Bob of such length and the biggest point of it is that his voice/singing is not as bad as people make it. Maybe after reading it you would also feel that maybe you have to review your perspectives
