You have created this thread months ago: "Classic pop songs with instantly memorable melody from non-english countries" and since then I've posted a lot of stuff on there... I'm always very interested in promoting all this stuff I know and think is good and memorable. So I hope you don't mind I have assumed a kind of "central" position on the thread like if I was its creator. And... err... I want actually to suggest you something, what about changing its name to "Classic songs not in English with instantly memorable melody"? "Not in English" is clearer than "from non-English countries", and not to use the term "pop" would be more interesting imo, some people may not to be very interested on the thread because this term may suggest a considerable restriction on the genres of the songs. I have posted songs of many genres actually, like post-punk, new wave, grunge, punk rock, post-hardcore, pop rock, alternative rock, sophisti-pop, industrial rock, MPB, samba-soul... and I still have some stuff I know to post. I'm also often interested in discovering more new stuff and listened to many of the songs other users posted.
