I think I've seen bits of it but never really watched it properly. I know it's supposed to be good though. Is it kinda like an 80s version of The Wire? We had to watch an episode of that in media studies and I quite liked it.

Thanks for taking down the Adam Lambert review. It is actually a pretty good album of danceable type pop, if you like that sort of thing. Much better than his debut album.
Thanks for telling me. I looked up your number one choice. Pretty bad. That singer was ridiculous. When was this made? Was this what spawned artists thinking that every music video must be a needlessly lengthy epic (i.e "November Rain" or something like that).
I also looked up that Beach Boys song "Summer of Love." Wow! See, what made that song strange was that I literally just saw The Beach Boys last night on their reunion tour. I'm glad they didn't perform that! Mike Love is pretty bad on stage too. A lot of the performance was characterized by his annoying banter between songs. Plus, they perform pretty much everything with him on lead vocals (even Kokomo...). God, he has the most irritating smugness.
Hmmm, I don't remember Guns 'N Roses' "Estranged," but anything they touch is generally pretty bad so I don't think I'd like it. Honestly, they're probably my least favorite band.
