My favourite Polish bands are Vader, Behemoth... so unoriginal I know, but you can recommend me more. I also can remember Ewa Brauns´ Love Peace Noise, I had it on my old casette maybe 20 years ago and it was good too.
My favourite book is Križiaci (Krzyżacy) from Sienkiewicz aka Litwos. After seeing some of your photos, I think you would like it too...
