Escape the room

Escape the room are puzzle-adventure games, either text or graphic based, where the player's primary objective is to explore environments they are usually imprisoned within or limited to, while coming up with solutions to escape or set themselves free from such environments. Some examples of escape the room games include Mystery of Time and Space, Shade, Suveh Nux and 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors.
