This was my first video game like ever, I remember playing this as a 7 year old and it was quite trippy and fascinating. Of course did not make much progress. Would like to play it again.

TBH the game is more about subverting the concept of a chosen one by having it revealed to you by the end of the game you aren't it, and instead proving your worth by your accomplishments, rather than some destiny-given title

Beautiful game, really solid storytelling and characters, sadly the sequels got bloated and much less interesting
