I remember when Spider-Man 2 came out it was my favorite super hero game, I couldn't get enough of it and played the hell out of it, on top of loved the movie. So I preordered the collectors edition of this and my parents picked it up at gamestop on the way to the theater to see the movie. Okay as I kid I liked pretty bad things so I actually enjoyed Spider-Man 3 the movie back then, but I remember coming home with my friend and playing this and it was nowhere near as good as the 2nd game. The graphics were just ugly, the story felt really rushed and this game didn't feel like it improved on anything at all, it actually felt like a huge downgrade, and the missions in this were just plain bad. It was probably the first game I bought at retail price on launch that I truly regretted.
