Title
I pains me to say it, but I can't rightfully call this a lost classic. While it looks very impressive for a Game Boy Color game, it has a lot of the same problems platformers of its ilk do. Bad enemy placement, sprites so big you can barely see anything coming ahead, and hitboxes that are nonsensical and distract from a smooth gameplay experience. The game looks and sounds great; I'll give it that. Maybe the sequel is better given it's on a better platform.

    If you can get past the endless unbelievably cheap enemies (with absurdly high HP levels) when traversing the overworld, you'll love this game.

    After having played all the games in this series, I still feel like a modern remake of this with less-annoying overworld enemies could make it the best in the series. But good lord, they were so brutal practically right out of the first town.
