Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare

I didn't actually get to play this until just last year, and well it pretty much feels like a glorified Red Dead mod to make zombies. The story doesn't take itself serious and is mostly rushed and the game itself is over before its even begun. But it is cool revisiting all the old locations and seeing how all the characters react to the zombie apocalypse. There are some funny moments and there is a decent variety of enemies for a game of this type, but this really wasn't designed to be a zombie game, and there are some awkward animations and glitches and at best its a somewhat interesting Red Dead zombie mod, only officially made by Rock Star. But this comes nowhere near touching the greatness of Red Dead.

It works well enough as a parody of the main Read Dead Redemption campaign. You will revisit a lot of characters, and it generally takes a much more comedic tone. That said, the zombies dont fit the whole third person shooter as neatly as they should, and the game feels a bit more janky because of that. It also lacks the pacing and focus, and at times feels that it drags itself out just for the sake of it. Very repetitive mission structure as well, which i guess could be said about the major campaign, but due to the AI of the zombies the repetition becomes much more evident.
