Classic Puyo gameplay, here excellently presented and with tons of great art, though it's a shame the game doesn't make use of the N64's power. The amusing cutscene introductions to the host of characters battled across the story modes generate a heap of depth and charm, helping Puyo Puyo Sun 64 stand out in its genre.
