Still a lot more dry than most Sierra adventures, but this one feels more like an interesting police drama instead of a procedural sim. Things kick off faster and it's more concerned with the proper gathering of evidence than clerical things like booking protocol. Hell, I didn't even completely hate the firing range minigame, though I wish it wound up mattering outside of a flat accuracy modifier when you fire your weapon.
