Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit

Another game I remember having as a kid, I think my uncle got this for us with the steering wheel, the funny thing is we never really used the wheel we just played with the controllers. Need for Speed III is a game I really only played for the Hot Pursuit segment, I gave literally no shits about any of the other game modes or features. Its essentially a basic racing game except you have cops chasing you and you need to evade them while racing others. The game hasn't aged too well and playing it now isn't the same but I remembering somewhat enjoying this when I was younger and remember hearing the cops get angry as they tried ramming your car off the road and arresting you. There was a decent variety of tracks and cars and it was different than a lot of other racing games but at the same time there are way better racing games and this has hardly aged well. but it does bring back some memories of the early 2000s for me.
