Life Is Strange: True Colors

Surprised this is well received here considering the first game is divisive here these days, even though that game is one of the best examples of the genre and some really good 10's indie kid kitsch in a good way.
Will play it eventually though, like LiS1 it seems like an interesting take on the genre's mechanics.

Just finished this up. I think I liked this slightly more than the second installment, but it doesn't even come close to the first game. And a charred husk is more enthralling than Before the Storm. I agree that I didn't feel like my choices mattered as much here and Alex playing Creep on acoustic and Blister in the Sun was... yeah, cringe overload. And, no spoilers, but I felt like the plot was a little predictable. Overall, solid fun. They should mix it up next time round though.
