It Takes Two

It literally took me a whole year to find someone to go through the entire game, but it was more than worth it. Hands down the best couch co-op experience I have had so far. Most games would start to be repetitive in a couple of hours, but "It Takes Two" always finds new ways to entertain and at the same challenge both players to work together and sync their movements. The gameplay changes radically with every chapter, and the players hardly share the same role in the mechanics. If you switch characters and restart the campaign, it will be like playing a different game. The level design is also superb in the ways it turns everyday household items into massive adventure playgrounds.

My only complaint would be the story, especially in the second half, when the characters' growth could have been more gradual and subtle. But honestly, I don't think it was meant to play a significant role in this game. The scene with Cutie the Elephant was pretty traumatizing, though. I was crying while mashing the buttons.
