Scary, yes, but great? No.
It's one of the scariest FNAF games made but it felt unnecessary and seemed like the FNAF franchise was gonna crash and burn, thank god for FNAF 5.

FNAF declined in quality FAST
This and FNAF 3 were really the nadir of the series imo. After the surprise hit of #1 and the arcade-style fun of #2, 3 and 4 just seemed way off the mark. Mechanics are confusing, inconsistent, and literally require the player to turn their volume WAY up so that when the jump-scare occurs it will make your ears bleed. Honestly mind-boggling how much Scott screwed this one up.

Not really feeling this one. The lore is fucking great and I kind of wished Scott stopped here because this could have been a pretty good sendoff for the franchise. Gameplay wise this game is... alright. At first the concept of listening for breathing is absolutely terrifying but eventually it just becomes annoying. The animatronic designs are a bit lame too but it's whatever, still pretty fun.

The users of glitchwave HATE fun and this proves why
This video game is awesome and very scary and the fact its so low rated is an outragious concept to me and I cant believe its real and its the fault of the glitchwave babies that hate fun and for some reason put bloodbourne as the highest rated game on this sight when it should actually be this video game.

    The worst in the series. When this released I was fully expecting this series to only keep getting worse, and I was just confused who was still buying this crap.
    Shockingly, he went on to make Sister Location (which is a very good game) after this, so I was fortunately wrong in my expectations.
