Title
A bit aged, the presentational upgrades that seemed amazing and visceral back then seem quaint now, like so many knockout animations being recycled and featuring ridiculous ragdoll physics. But the stick-based combat remains strong, with a good sense of involvement and strategy to turn it into a different kind of fighter. Balance issues skewing way towards parries and clearly favouring certain fighting styles hold it back, as does a repetitive and disengaged career, but the raw gameplay is great, and that's what matters.

    Its really fun, the pool of features to create your character is limited, but still really fun to play.
    Career mode is the way to go.
