god i suck at video games

Base game is fantastic enough but godDAMN the Lost Levels are fantastic. Cold Grounds in particular is probably the best level in the whole game.

I've played this for an hour and I already think it's one of the best first-person shooters aesthetically

Massively underrated/overlooked game. It was a blast and the whole "switch opening things in other rooms" complaint I hear often was not nearly as bad as I expected, I knew what each switch did, and if not you just need to go back a little until you see something new or listen for the sound. I also love mazes so that might be a contributing factor (just hug left until you can't anymore then go back and hug right, ez.) I agree with 1>64>2. Way exceeded expectations

this was my first experience with this series and i must say i got spoiled. the other games pale in comparison

Amazing atmosphere and aesthetic but some of these map designs are sadistic, waaay to obstuse. Still nothing a quick google search can't fix but that's not ideal
