    The closest arkane has gotten to creating a focused game. Also the most polished and finished feeling.

    Billy Lush's performance as the Outsider is one of my all-time favorites and I don't think it gets enough praise. He absolutely fucking nailed the cold, indifferent tone that you would expect an omniscient being to have. I especially love his delivery when you make decisions that defy his expectations.

    You had him in the palm of your hand, and you let him walk away? You fascinate me.

    And then you have the absolutely awful rendition of the character in Dishonored 2 and Death of the Outsider.

    i kinda hate how it seems this game was designed to be played with objective markers on. you do have the option to toggle it off and it does make exploration that much more fulfilling, but all too often the missions turn into searching for a needle in a haystack, as if the developers intended for there to be a giant incorporeal arrow pointing to where you need to go.

      I get this point of criticism and it could be levied at a lot of otherwise great games but tbh i don’t know how to get around this design hurdle without making the game a pain in the ass to play
