Dark Souls Remastered

Imma lay out a big ol' secret for you all: the second half of the game is actually still pretty fucking good. I can still remember beating the game for the first time and being stunned to see how much people hated the last like 10-15 hours. Bed of Chaos is the only real stinker.

realistically this has too many flaws to be considered the best game ever, but so does bloodborne. honestly the one fromsoft game i'd submit to "best game ever" is elden ring no cap

awfully tedious with quite a few lazily designed bosses, levels, and enemies

but its still so much fun. its great. all that tedium adds a lot to the experience, and its an amazing journey

Man, I'm just never going to get used to the Switch version using B to accept/interact even though it's the same placement as the X button on PS3.

Probably would be a 10 for me only if bed of chaos and capra demon weren’t among the worst bosses in the history of the medium

really fun but i am just unsure of how to progress 50% of the time. either the design is wonky and unintuitive or i just don't understand it. either way i'm kinda sick of running around the same places, fighting the same people in the same way waiting to find something that will lead to a dead end or a place i've been before.
