Title
Tip Top, as it's known in Japan, is a memorable spinoff and synthesis on Sega's part, melding games as Donkey Kong, Crystal Castles, and Frogger all into this one super-game, to the point that you can even hear echoes of Crystal Castles, Pitfall and Zaxxon in here. It really is one of the better examples of a game being born out of games as influences, even if people too hastily dismiss this as a Donkey Kong knock-off.

You play a safari-man and your goal is to reach the gorilla at the top to take revenge at him for setting fire to his foot(actively promoting animal cruelty), and the gorilla is commanding animals to attack you. In a true Donkey Kong fashion, you have to climb cliffsides while dodging obstacles, only everything is being done in a cool isometric fashion that was Zaxxon's claim to fame. Beyond that, the rest that Tip Top does is just apeing.
