Title
I came for the free hat, and I stayed for the amazing team coordination
Picked up by Valve from a group of modders, the game is worthy of Valve's pedigree. Being a Valve acquisition, visuals are adequate, as the gameplay is at the forefront. The story is easy to miss, but I can sum it up pretty quickly: kill the aliens. There's a massive amount of customization that could go into your loadout to create the perfect team of four to handle some pretty nasty alien infested gauntlets. Friendly fire is always enabled, so teamwork is absolutely necessary. On top of that, the teams need their loadouts to coordinate and synergize in order to complete the missions without any casualties. The entire ride is high octane and requires a tactical mind. It's worth it to try at least once or twice with a group of friends. Come on, don't you want a free hat?

Why did Valve abandon this? Valve just kind of released this and that was the end of it. I really wish there was more because it's genuinely a good game.
