Game company
Formerly Blue Byte Software, Ubisoft Blue Byte was purchased by Ubisoft in February of 2001 and rebranded as a Ubisoft company in 2017. The company was combined with Ubisoft Mainz in April 2013 and the newly-founded Ubisoft Berlin in 2018. In 2019, Ubisoft Blue Byte became a holding company for the three German studios, with the development branch being rebranded as Ubisoft Düsseldorf.
